As part of the “Uta në Sharr” project, we are launching a Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Terms of Reference (ToR) for the production of an animated film based on the children’s book Uta në Sharr. This initiative combines storytelling, environmental education, and inclusive learning to reach children from diverse ethnic and linguistic communities across Kosova.
We are inviting professional animators and animation studios to submit their offers.
The animation will be used in schools, public screenings, and online platforms, reaching children from diverse communities across Kosovo. We are looking for creative teams experienced in storytelling, character design, full animation production, sound, and post-production.
